1. About These Terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase from Taylorea (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping, Returns and Cancellation policies, which form part of them.
2. Watches & Descriptions
We describe and photograph each watch as accurately as possible, including its condition. Colours may appear slightly different on screen. Images on this website illustrate our collections and may not show the exact piece offered. The photographs and condition report sent with your order confirmation describe the watch you are buying.
3. Orders & Contract
An enquiry is not an order. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a written order confirmation and your payment has cleared. We may decline an order before that point.
4. Prices & Payment
Prices are given on request and confirmed in writing, including the cost of insured shipping. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include import duties or taxes in the destination country.
Payment must be made in full using the secure method set out in your order confirmation before the watch is dispatched. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account that is not named in your written confirmation. If you are unsure, call +254 796 401 517 to verify.
5. Delivery & Risk
Delivery is made as set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk passes to you on signed delivery, and ownership passes once payment has been received in full.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy and cancellations under our Order Cancellation policy.
7. Warranty
New watches carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Pre-owned watches carry the Taylorea 24-month mechanical warranty from the date of delivery. It covers defects in the movement under normal use.
The Taylorea warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage caused by unscrewed crowns or unserviced seals, straps, crystals, batteries, or watches opened or repaired by anyone other than a watchmaker we approve.
8. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Use of This Website
The content of this website is owned by or licensed to Taylorea and may not be copied or reused without our permission. We may update or change the website at any time.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. We will always try to resolve concerns informally first, so please contact us. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
