Before Dispatch
You may cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched by emailing awafula11@gmail.com or messaging +254 796 401 517 with your order reference. Once cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
After Dispatch
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. They may instead be returned under our Returns & Refunds policy within 14 days of delivery.
Special Orders & Sourced Pieces
When we source a watch on your behalf, we may ask for a deposit to secure it. The deposit amount and whether it is refundable will be stated in writing before you pay. Deposits generally become non-refundable once we have committed to purchase the watch from a third party for you.
Reservations & Holds
We can hold a watch for a short, agreed period while you decide, usually against a deposit. If you do not complete the purchase by the agreed date, the watch is released. Refunds of hold deposits follow the terms agreed at the time.
Cancellation by Taylorea
We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if:
- The watch becomes unavailable or fails our authentication or quality inspection
- A pricing or description error was made on our part
- We cannot complete identity or payment verification
- The order cannot lawfully be shipped to the delivery destination
