Enquiries & contact
Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, delivery country, budget range and any details you share about the watch you are looking for.
Orders
Delivery and billing addresses, order history and payment confirmation details. We do not store full card numbers. Payments are processed by our payment providers.
Verification
Where required for high-value orders, identity documents and proof of address. These are used only for verification and legal compliance.
Website usage
Basic technical data such as browser type, device and pages visited. Analytics data is collected only if you accept cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To answer enquiries and help you find the right watch
- To process, ship, insure and support your order
- To verify identity and prevent fraud, as required by law
- To provide after-sales care, warranty and servicing
- To send occasional news about new pieces, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Who We Share It With
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers we need to serve you:
- Couriers and insurers, to deliver and insure your watch
- Payment providers, to process payments securely
- Formspree, which handles the enquiry forms on this website
- Google, for embedded maps and web fonts
- Professional advisers and authorities, where required by law
Some of these providers are based outside Kenya. Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it is adequately protected.
5. How Long We Keep It
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are kept for up to 24 months. Order and verification records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering laws require, typically up to 7 years, and then securely deleted.
6. Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies and local storage entries, including one to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are used only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
