Authenticity Guarantee
Every watch sold by Taylorea is guaranteed genuine. Each piece is examined before sale, including its case, dial, movement, serial and reference numbers and accompanying documents, and is supplied with a Taylorea Certificate of Authenticity.
If any watch we sell is shown by the manufacturer or a recognised independent authority to be not genuine, we will refund the full purchase price including shipping, with no time limit.
Independent Retailer
Taylorea is an independent retailer of new and pre-owned watches. Unless stated otherwise for a specific piece, we are not an authorised dealer of, and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by, any watch manufacturer.
Manufacturer warranties on new watches bought through independent channels may differ from those offered by authorised dealers. The warranty that applies to each watch is stated in its listing or order confirmation.
Trademarks
Brand names, model names, logos and trademarks that appear on this website or on the watches we sell belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify genuine products accurately.
Pre-Owned Watches
Pre-owned watches may show signs of previous use, which are described in their condition report. Some pre-owned watches may contain parts replaced during servicing by qualified watchmakers. Any such replacement that we know of will be disclosed.
Customs & Import Restrictions
You are responsible for making sure that the watch can be lawfully imported into your country. Some countries restrict certain materials. For example, straps made from exotic leathers such as alligator or crocodile may be subject to CITES rules. Where needed, we may ship a watch on an alternative strap.
Identity & Payment Verification
To protect our clients and comply with anti-money-laundering obligations, we may ask for proof of identity, proof of address or further information about the source of payment before an order is confirmed, particularly for high-value purchases. We do not accept payment from anonymous or third-party sources.
Age & Capacity
Orders may be placed only by persons aged 18 or over who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Right to Refuse Orders
Taylorea may refuse or cancel any order that cannot lawfully be fulfilled, including orders that appear to involve a sanctioned party or destination, fraud, or a failure of verification.
