Are your watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch is inspected by a qualified watchmaker before it is offered. We verify the case, movement, serial and reference numbers and supporting documents, and each piece ships with our written Certificate of Authenticity.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. Every shipment is fully insured, tracked end to end and requires a signature on delivery. Import duties and taxes in your country are payable by the recipient unless agreed otherwise in writing.
How do I buy a watch?
Send us a private enquiry or message Antony on WhatsApp. We will confirm availability, condition and the final delivered price, then send a written order confirmation with secure payment instructions. Your watch is dispatched once payment has cleared.
Can you find a watch that is not listed?
Often, yes. Our sourcing service locates specific references, including discontinued and limited-edition pieces, through a trusted network of dealers and collectors. Tell us what you are looking for and we will come back with options.
What warranty do I receive?
New watches carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Pre-owned pieces carry the Taylorea 24-month mechanical warranty covering the movement under normal use.
Can I return a watch?
Unworn watches in their original condition, with protective stickers, box and papers, may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Engraved, custom-sized and special-order pieces are final sale. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
